Reports coming out of France right now appear to show that Stoke City midfielder Giannelli Imbula has agreed personal terms with French champions Monaco.
Imbula became the clubs record signing when he joined the club from Porto in February 2016 for a fee of £18m.
However, the combative midfielder has struggled since his move to England and only managed 9 appearances in the Premier League last term and is looking for a move back to France where he originally built his reputation at En Avant Guingamp.
It appears the only thing holding back the deal now is the two clubs agreeing a fee for the player after Stoke initially rejected a loan offer from Monaco.
With personal terms already in place it would appear this is a deal that will move very quickly once a fee has been agreed between the two clubs.
